Dear Government by Gareth Cliff

I am fond to see a celebrity also pretty much fed up with our government. Here is his letter to the government.

Dated: 12 October 2010
Dear Government

OK, I get it, the President isn’t the only one in charge. The ANC believes in “collective responsibility” (So that nobody has to get blamed when things get screwed up), so I address this to everyone in government – the whole lot of you – good, bad and ugly (That’s you, Blade).

Jacob Zuma, President of South Africa

Jacob Zuma, President of South Africa

We were all so pleased with your renewed promises to deliver services (we’ll forgive the fact that in some places people are worse off than in 1994); to root out corruption (so far your record is worse than under Mbeki, Mandela or the Apartheid regime – what with family members becoming overnight millionaires); and build infrastructure (State tenders going disgustingly awry and pretty stadia standing empty notwithstanding) – and with the good job you did when FIFA were telling you what to do for a few months this year. Give yourselves half a pat on the back. Since President Sepp went off with his billions I’m afraid we have less to be proud of – Public Servants Strikes, more Presidential bastard children, increasing unemployment and a lack of leadership that allowed the Unions to make the elected government it’s bitch. You should be more than a little worried – but you’re not. Hence my letter. Here are some things that might have passed you by:

1. You have to stop corruption. Don’t stop it because rich people moan about it and because it makes poor people feel that you are self-enriching parasites of state resources, but because it is a disease that will kill us all. It’s simple – there is only so much money left to be plundered. When that money runs out, the plunderers will raise taxes, chase and drain all the remaining cash out of the country and be left with nothing but the rotting remains of what could have been the greatest success story of post-colonial Africa. It’s called corruption because it decomposes the fabric of society. When someone is found guilty of corruption, don’t go near them – it’s catchy. Making yourself rich at the country’s expense is what colonialists do.

2. Stop complaining about the media. You’re only complaining about them because they show you up for how little you really do or care. If you were trying really hard, and you didn’t drive the most expensive car in the land, or have a nephew who suddenly went from modesty to ostentatious opulence, we’d have only positive things to report. Think of Jay Naidoo, Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi and Zwelinzima Vavi – they come under a lot of fire, but it’s never embarrassing – always about their ideas, their positions, and is perfectly acceptable criticism for people in power to put up with. When the media go after Blade Nzimande, Siphiwe Nyanda and the President, they say we need a new piece of legislation to “make the media responsible”. That’s because they’re being humiliated by the facts we uncover about them daily, not because there is an agenda in some newsroom. If there had been a free press during the reigns of Henry VIII, Idi Amin or Hitler, their regimes might just have been kept a little less destructive, and certainly would have been less brazen and unchecked.

3. Education is a disaster. We’re the least literate and numerate country in Africa. Zimbabwe produces better school results and turns out smarter kids than we do. Our youth aren’t usemployed, they’re unemployable. Outcomes-based-education, Teachers’ Unions and an attitude of mediocrity that discourages excellence have reduced us to a laughing stock. Our learners can’t spell, read, add or subtract. What are all these people going to do? Become President? There’s only one job like that. We need clever people, not average or stupid ones. the failure of the Education Department happened under your watch. Someone who writes Matric now hadn’t even started school under the Apartheid regime, so you cannot blame anyone but yourselves for this colossal cock-up. Fix it before three-quarters of our matrics end up begging on Oxford Road. Reward schools and teachers who deliver great pass rates and clever students into the system. Fire the teachers who march and neglect their classrooms.

4. Give up on BEE. It isn’t working. Free shares for new black partnerships in old white companies has made everyone poorer except for Tokyo Sexwale. Giving people control of existing business won’t make more jobs either. In fact, big companies aren’t growing, they’re reducing staff and costs. The key is entrepreneurship. People with initiative, creative ideas and small companies must be given tax breaks and assistance. Young black professionals must be encouraged to start their own businesses rather than join a big corporation’s board as their token black shareholder or director. Government must also stop thinking that state employment is a way to decrease unemployment – it isn’t – it’s a tax burden. India and China are churning out new, brilliant, qualified people at a rate that makes us look like losers. South Africa has a proud history of innovation, pioneering and genius. This is the only way we can advance our society and economy beyond merely coping.

5. Stop squabbling over power. Offices are not there for you to occupy (or be deployed to) and aggrandize yourself. Offices in government are there to provide a service. If you think outrageous salaries, big German cars, first-class travel and state housing are the reasons to aspire to leadership, you’re in the wrong business – you should be working for a dysfunctional, tumbledown parastatal (or Glenn Agliotti). We don’t care who the Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces is if we don’t have running water, electricity, schools and clean streets. You work for us. Do your job, don’t imagine you ARE your job.

6. Stop renaming things. Build new things to name. If I live in a street down which the sewage runs, I don’t care if it’s called Hans Strijdom or Malibongwe. Calling it something nice and new won’t make it smell nice and new. Re-branding is something Cell C do with Trevor Noah, not something you can whitewash your lack of delivery with.

7. Don’t think you’ll be in power forever. People aren’t as stupid as you think we are. We know you sit around laughing about how much you get away with. We’ll take you down, either at the polls – or if it comes down to the wire – by revolution (Yes, Julius, the real kind, not the one you imagine happened in 2008). Careless, wasteful and wanton government is a thing of the past. The days of thin propaganda and idealized struggle are over. The people put you in power – they will take you out of it. Africa is tired of tin-pot dictators, one-party states and banana republics. We know who we are now, we care about our future – and so should you.

R2.2 billion to be wasted on Census 2011

The South African government in collaboration with Stats SA will be conducting a census on the 9th and 10th of  October in 2011 costing the tax payer R2.2 Billion for funding 120 000 field workers, 30 000 supervisors, cars and other expenses. Other news articles mention that Census might cost anything from R1.2 billion to R6.8 billion.

Census Worker

Census Worker

The officials said that with this Census we would be able to see how the ANC faired at serving the country for the last 16 years. You can just walk down any street in any suburb in any town to see how the reigning political party has faired and failed.

Yes they have done a lot of good to a few people but the failures stand out and there are many people still disadvantaged while the corruption continues.

Why employ 150 000 people for two days when they could have use government employees already employed in all the the regions of South Africa?

Why acquire more vehicles if they could use government vehicles?

It has also been said that it is likely that 10th of October will be made public holiday thus meaning that government employees will be free and available to work as Census field workers and supervisors.

Why not spend the R2.2 billion on RDP housing and build houses for 6000 people living in shanty’s.

The results are only expected to be released in March 2013, seems like an awfully long wait. It takes 2 days to collect by capturing with pen and paper then another +/- 2 years to  input into a computer? It just makes no sense at all.

Mythbuster also silences the 9/11 myths!

Just the other I posted a 9/11 article requesting the Mythbusters to check into 9/11 myths. Today I stumbled upon their Forum to find that 9/11 myths are not welcome.

“Topics discussing and debating the events of 9/11 will be removed.
The subject is sensitive and painful for us all and is inappropriate for

the Mythbusters forums.
We appreciate you complying with these guidelines.” – Mythbusters Forum Admin.

9/11 Warning on Mythbusters Forum

I think this it is total bullshit that Mythbusters have silenced the 9/11 myths. Whether by the ultimatum of the US government or not.

Many more people believe that the myths should at least be investigated than there are people who would like to keep it silent because it was a tragic event.

People find peace with answers, with truth and in the end no silence will take away the remorse and pain.

The world demands answers!

Now back to the serious stuff… off you go!

Recreate 9/11 full scale and you will shock the world

Any person still believing that the attacks on the world trade centre was an act of terrorism by Osama Bin Laden is being misled by the US Government and the media.

We call upon “Mythbusters” or any group with the funds to recreate the 9/11 on a full scale to just do it. You will shock the world with controlled results as the building will not free fall into it’s own footprint with just a Boeing crashing into it.

In the 3D simulation below it is clear that a plane cannot have taken down the World Trade Centre building without the use of explosives and / or thermite.

Now for those of you still convinced that the planes took down those buildings should ask why did building 7 also go down like the buildings hit by the planes?

There are tons more videos on YouTube that clearly indicates that 9/11 was an inside job.

Educate yourselves. You are being lied to by the government and the media.

The monetary system a failure

Our monetary system is flawed severely. I will try to explain it in short.

All money printed by the reserve banks is loaned to the government at interest.

It basically means that every unit of currency you carry in your wallet has debt attached to the equivalent value.

Every deposit made to a bank allows the bank to loan out 9x times the value of the deposit. Expanding the money in circulation which results in a increased inflation.

On top of this banks add interest to all money loaned.

Now the problem with interest is this: If all debt is paid back the interest would not be paid as the money for it does not exist in circulation and if the reserve banks were to print more money the inflation would rise causing a devaluation of the currency and increase in prices of resources like food, petrol etc.

This is the truth if you want to know why most if not all governments on earth uses the monetary system you should watch the Zeitgeist movies.

It is perfectly legal to download and distribute these movies free of profit

Step 1:  Get a torrent program like uTorrent

Step 2:  Download the Zeitgeist Torrent files.

Zeitgeist II – Addendum
Zeitgeist III – Moving Forward

Does Shout SA think 10% is enough?

Shout SA posted on their Face Book page on Saturday at 3:22pm about schools and bullies.

Now coming from a rough childhood and going through high school defending friends who were bullied at school I definitely felt responsible to share my views on Shout SA and their post.

Mickey Dangerez @ Shout
I raised qeustions of what has been done so far, what Shout SA has done with the funds they have accumilated… (Take note my posts were deleted I am writing my posts by memory.)

Shout @ Mickey Dangerez
Sadly you have not been keeping up to date with our activities as you would know that we have given away as much as 10% of our funds to date plus in the next 3 months before the end of 2010 , we will be announcing a SHOUT campaign aimed at the YOUTH as advised by our srategic advisors.
Many public appearances by SHOUT ambassadors happen constantly and many of The SHOUT board members are active in liasing with the SAP, NGO, CPF’s and numerous crime fighting organisations.
You are welcome to wrte to us at and we will send you full details on our beneficiaries to date. This has been published extensively in the media as well as on Facebook. Thank you, SHOUT.
Saturday at 3:39pm

Mickey Dangerez @ Shout
I wrote on their wall a second time “Let us exagerate lets presume everyone who has liked the Shout SA page on facebook has paid their R20 donation. Shout would have effectively received R2.8 million in donations 141397 members x R20 = R2827940, This means that they have only allocated 10% of that amount to their projects. That 10% is only R282794. Now presume that have distributed their funds to 30 orginazations each of them would only have received R9426.46 each while Shout SA still have R2.5 million in their pockets. That is hardly enough to make a difference to the current state of affairs! What this country and the rest of the world needs is 210% not 10%, I then remarked how they must have the most expensive-st Webdesigner and VAS services in the world if they can only allow 10% output.”

Lynn Stols @ Mickey Dangerez
Lynn Stols’s Offensive comments are removed, but they went along the line of, “You are $#%#$%, why don’t you leave shout…”

I also wrote a third post to tell that I have also been bullied at school and that it is part of life… The only solution would be to teach those that are being bullied to stand up for themselves and teach them how to defend themselves.

Lynn Stols @ Mickey Dangerez
Lynn Stols’s Offensive comments are removed, but the went along the line of, “You are $#%#$%, why don’t you leave shout…” “The bullies havent done their job right with you”.

SHOUT @ Lynn Stols
Let him have his say, he need’s to rant & vent. Thank you Lyn. SHOUT
Saturday at 4:30pm

SHOUT @ Mickey Dangerez
We have allocated 10% of the funds recieved to date.
We will be as stated making a futher contribution in the months ahead. You have alledged that R18.00 is in the pockets of the musicians. This is false and wrong and , in fact, not one musician has taken ONE Cent from SHOUT and only given of themselves for free.
You assume that every person on Facebook has donated to SHOUT on Facebook? This is wrong and therefore your arithmetic is totally wrong again.
Our expenses are, in fact, minimal as we have ONE employee and the rest serve pro bono.
You would be well advised to contact SHOUT as you are totally out of line with your thinking and your allegations.
We extend an invitation to you but you will no doubt not accept it as your opinion has been formed. What a pity this prejudice exisits. Thank you, SHOUT.
Saturday at 4:21pm

Mickey Dangerez @ Shout
Why do I need to contact you for a list of beneficiaries and this and that, why don’t you make it public so that we all could see. (I am typing by memory, they deleted all my posts)
I then messaged Lynn, I was furious that she could attack me personally on that post. She posts comments of how bullies should be asked to leave school and give advice but she says in the same session that the bullies haven’t done a proper job bu.llying me! I mean come on my questions and concerns are just as valid as hers and her attack was totally uncalled for..

Lynn Stols @SHOUT
I have Mickey sending me obscene messages to my phone. Any suggestions???
Saturday at 8:33pm

SHOUT @ Lynn Stols
We have reported his behavior as offensive now.Clearly a disturbed person. Sorry for this and if this personal attack on you persists we will resort to protection from the Law. Please keep us updated Lynn. Thank you, SHOUT.
Saturday at 9:38pm

That is the end of the relevant wall posts…

Now I cannot post to Shout’s wall anymore and they have deleted my valid posts, questions & messages.

Here is the inbox messages I sent Lynn, I will admit that it was extreme, however she again attacked me on the inbox messages just as she attacked me on Shout’s wall.

The subject line was “J is Fcktup”

Mickey Dangerez October 3 at 10:09am
How can you pray or believe in God if you call me #$%#, human waste and wife beater!
YOU are everything you accuse me of!

YOU don’t consider I grew up in a violent home! You think it’s only people like you who need support!

Please do not refer to me ever again or contact me thank now fuck off!
End of the Message

I must say thay Shout calling me a disturbed person did take the cake! How could they say stuff like that when someone questions them…

I am not affraid to ask the question to form my own opinions and to share it with anyone or everyone!

What are they trying to hide?

Sin Tax for a brighter NWO tomorrow.

I read in my local news paper yesterday that the Japanese government has decided to raise tax on tobacco by 40%, the biggest hike in tobacco history.

This got me thinking, why?

First of all tobacco is addictive, so addictive in fact that I personally believe it’s just as addictive as crack cocaine or any other harcore drugs.

Secondly it’s legal, meaning government can use it to their advantage without moral implications.

They hide their motives for hiking the prices behind promises of decrease in future and current smokers stating that the high prices will cause less people to start and more to stop.

Now go study what happens when addicts can’t afford their next hit. Crimes increases. Murder and theft specifically.

Already the day before the tax hike lower income class citizens in Japan has already committed petty theft stealing 2 cartons of cigarettes. What do you think will happen tomorrow?

Why does the government really increase sin tax?

Yes of course it is to increase their tax revenue but you never see a return on their investment.

Here in SA the government has increased sin tax and petrol tax numerous times but where is the money going?

RDP Housing? I don’t think so, most of these RDP housing projects build houses of inferiour quality, lacking commond needed items such as working pluming & electricity. A glorified shanty.

This scares me. I also read in the paper that the government expects South Africa to run out of fresh or drinkable water by 2015. That gives us 5 years time to implement a workaround for something that should never have happened which could have been prevented if they started to plan 10 years ago for the future of the brightest nation on earth.

We might never be able to prove what they spend tax revenue on but there is  a certain amount they definitely use for self gain, Whether it is for the next election, war or the NWO we know their spending tax payer money improperly. If  that weren’t the case RDP housing would have been on better standards and many more houses would have been built.

This story doesn’t just fit the South African or Japanese government but every other government on earth.

Show us we are wrong by delivering a brighter nation today we know it is possible.

SASSA’s ITC Director disgruntled over competitor’s email?

Wow, this morning I logged into my email account to find numerous email awaiting my attention.

I noticed a reply to a special I sent out on my Dark Heart Creation mailing list. The email was from Mr Mauritz Wilken, director of ITC at SASSA.

Please refrain from sending e-mail’s to me,and please I would like to know how you came to getting my e-mail address?,as I would like to address this issue.

Thanking you

Mauritz Wilken
Director ICT

So I googled SASSA just to check where he works and what he is up to.

Then I did some more searching and found that he is also the contact person for Pro Tech Solutions on SITA’s documents. So I figured he is either the owner or an employee at Pro Tech Solutions / Pronto,  no matter which way you look at the picture he is benefiting from the government while employed as director of a government institution.

I got very upset about the reason he actually mailed me.

He must probably be upset about my pricing, my products and services are priced ridiculously low compared to many IT Solutions companies in the whole of South Africa. He also removed himself from the list.

I them mailed him back…

Hi Sir,

I would gladly remove you from our mailing list. You must have
subscribed or someone else subscribed you using our subscription box
on our website.

Secondly I can understand that you are disgruntled by my email as my
pricing delivered in Kimberley will beat all prices offered by Pronto
/ Pro Tech Solutions. You demand inquiry into this because you are
upset about an email while many other people like me struggle to make
ends meat, struggle to pay our debt and even struggle putting food on
the table and putting fuel in our vehicles. While you have your
director job on the ICT of SASSA and own or work at an IT Solutions
company which also benefits from Government / SITA.

Shame on you sir! I am disappointed, but it will not get me down and I
will not stand down.

I don’t see other IT shops as competition I see them as business
associates and friends, give {Two IT Company’s names omitted} a call and they will tell you the same thing.

Good bye

He then responded,

You must have me confused with someone else – I was a Director at Pronto almost 5 years back,so please get your facts straight, you are not talking or communicating with a child but with a grown up.

We do not appreciate people sending chain mails and bottlenecking our bandwidth with crapp,we are not government but an Agency,if you know the difference?. Agency’s can’t afford slow network productivity because of this.
Please investigate your facts before addressing me ever again.

And just for your arrogance I will make sure and talk to National Government IT.

Mauritz Wilken

I responded with relevant facts,

SITA’s document clearly shows you as their contact. Those are the
facts. Those facts are also found in other documents dated April 2007
which dates 3 years back not 5 as you claim…

Definition of chain mail is found here
I do not promise gifts or suprizes for people sharing the mail.

You say that my “crapp” chokes your bandwidth but that is a blatant
lie because chain mail is passed around your offices & servers on a
daily basis by your employees.

My email is exactly 21kb in size so lets presume the mail was received
by a 200 SASSA employees, which I doubt could be possible, and they
forwarded the mail to another 200 people the total bandwidth that has
been used would total 8mb (400 copies of the mail) **This is a
extremely exaggerated estimation.

I would gladly supply your department with 1gb of adsl data free of
charge for any trouble cause by our 21kb email, I do suggest that you
contact National Government IT if you say that a 21kb email is
congesting your servers and bandwidth because then there are major
problems on your servers and the thousands of rands you guys spend on
IT, equipment and support might have been fraudulently dispensed in my

“we are not government but an Agency,if you know the difference?” You
are an agency funded by the government, your salaries are paid by the
government which makes you part of government even if ‘s a 3rd party
or private company you are still part of government. In the US the CIA
is the Central Intelligence Agency but still a government department.

“you are not talking or communicating with a child but with a grown
up.” You mailed me with alternative motives not the other way around.

“Please investigate your facts before addressing me.” Are the facts
clear enough for you?

He responded again!
Listen to me son,you call yourself an IT guru???? – how can you be in IT for 13 Years?,working on your PC at home does not count as practical working experience,so please don’t make a grown man with 20 years actual practical working IT experience come and tell you how to setup your website to look a bit more professional,in future try creating your website using Joomla—-maybe then your images would not appear so blurry and your wording out of place and space.
We don’t need your 1 gig cap,,,use it at your home business.
Please refrain from making judgements that I am currently a director at Pronto, phone them and ask them, you are really getting on my nerves now.
Mauritz Wilken

My final response and I am not going to reply to him ever!

This is Kimberley sir, you cannot use high quality images as many people here still use 56k dialup, oh and I suggest you keep up with times and technology and upgrade to Google Chrome or the latest FireFox as my site displays great in them.

I have uncapped don’t need 1gb cap just thought you could you use it as you complain about 21kb.

Working on and Repairing pc’s at home qualifies in my opinion. You could even work on pcs on the moon and still gain experience how can you judge me. I outwitted senior Technicians at my previous place of employment, started my business with the knowledge I have. I think that is a pretty darn great accomplishment. Thank you for proving you are the knob I thought you were.

I am not going to comment further on any of your unwanted remarks, you are no longer on the mailing list, you are clearly a foolish old stubborn man with no good intent at heart and you have nothing more to say…

Thank you, have a great weekend now goodbye

Michael Hawthorne

OMG!!! This guy doesn’t know when to quite, now he is even threatening me!

I will come and see you at your work place, you made it personal now, this old knob will show you how to use your hands for something else then fixing computers at home.Looking forward to seeing you and the rest will be history…..
You barked up the wrong tree son.
Mauritz Wilken

On 04/10/2010 Mauritz Wilken follows up on his threat

Sure enough the following working day I believe he did give me a visit. I just got out of the bath and managed to capture this picture of him sitting in his double cab during his lunch time.

Presumed to be Mauritz Wilken waiting to give Michael a hiding.
